I was introduced to this book as a young dolphin trainer by my supervisor Robyn at the Gulfarium in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. It forever "shaped" my behavior and made me a better swim teacher, business manager, and dolphin show presenter too.
This book follows the science of BF Skinner applied to practical everyday applications - in real life. I have been referring this book to my professors, friends, and associates for 30 years. It's still a relevant classic that I re-visit too.
