It's so important to find trusted vendors which can be challenging when the property is so far away from your network. The home inspector on Erica's beach house wrote "Home may fall down" on the inspection. That was a first! We also talk about dealing with what beach front homeowners in North Carolina call the CAMA Police. We also discuss some tips for turning your mountain or beach house into a profitable short-term rental.
