TIP OF THE WEEK

Teria: My tip of the week is actually a tip that I gave during Bootcamp. But a couple of my coaching students just over the last two weeks had been asking me about "are these Facebook pictures?", so you're marketing your properties on Facebook, and Facebook is a free platform, a great place to market and there are some new ones there. But how many pictures do I need to post, what if I ran out of pictures, how do I navigate the pictures? Two tips: one is to go out to google and maybe google your county, and find pictures of the area. When you're posting on Facebook you don't necessarily have to have pictures of the actual property. I mean, that works but you can also post pictures of that area as long as you are clear in the body of your ad. So go out, be creative, find pictures of the area, and post. Just be honest from where you get the pictures from.
