The Authentic Creative: expanding our capacity to feel good

Of course we're afraid to forgive. Who would we be if we didn't hold this familiar grudge? Who would we be if we didn't relive the pain of what we made that experience mean? Of course we feel we need to keep reliving the pain in order to protect ourselves from experiencing it again. Meanwhile we're trapped in our own prison, dripping our own injection of poison into our system every time we relive that experience. Is it happening right now in this moment? It's probably not. In this moment, you are free. You are whatever you decide to be. You are the you of you. In this moment, you can choose to be the sanctuary you crave, inside of yourself. You can be your safe space. You can live into the knowing that you got you. You can ask yourself what would it feel like to notice all the ways that I have and I am trusting myself; showing up for myself. You're showing up for yourself right now as you're reading this. This is your healing. You've decided. Here you are. You don't have to be who you were yesterday. No one's forcing us to be anything. We get to decide to set down the hurt of the past. We get to decide to rise with an open heart and feel free to love deeper, and receive in more of the love that's showing up. Our boundaries get to be easy and perhaps even held safely for us, without as much efforting as we think. There's a new paradigm awaiting you. Let's dive in!
