In this minisode, I reflect on my recent interview with my mentor Cathy Heller, exploring how childhood wounds shape our present lives. I share Cathy’s painful seventh-grade experience and her mother’s struggles with suicidal thoughts, explaining how these events inspired Cathy to create a supportive community for women.
I then discuss my own wounded seventh-grade self and, inspired by Cathy, write a healing letter to that younger version. I invite you to do the same, experience the power of confronting emotional pain for your growth and transformation. I conclude by expressing gratitude for my sensitivity, calling it the "gold" in my story, and inviting you to share your own journeys with me right now.
