We are officially in the busy, yet fun, magical season of Christmas! This season often feels like a race to the finish line instead of a time of contemplation and reflection on our Savior’s birth. As moms we feel overwhelmed keeping up managing the house, getting dinner on the table, the astronomical load of to do tasks, new errands to run and things to take care of, not to mention managing all the things for all the people. Our goal today is to give you some practical mental self-care practices that you can do in this season, so that you can have more peace and feel less overwhelmed. Now this is not to add more to-do tasks on your plate, but to give you some tools and reminders of how to take care of yourself during this season. Let’s dive in!
