To kick off the first episode of The Hastings Harvest, I interview Chris Moore. Chris is a good friend of mine that I was introduced to on social media, and we share a lot of the same values and beliefs. Chris is also a vegan bodybuilder like myself with a physique that I would say is quite better than mine, and he currently runs an Instagram with around 16k followers where he showcases his life as well as fitness tips.
