Today we have Ian Sucharski, who is a long time friend of mine. I've known Ian since we were in middle school, and he has a lot of interesting stuff going on right now that can be related to this podcast. He likes to talk about vegan related stuff (although he isn't vegan himself), but more on that in the actual podcast. Ian is currently a customs broker but also a self proclaimed "paleontologist in training", which is essentially the study of fossils. We dive really deep into what it is and how to actually become a paleontologist. This podcast, like usual, features a variety of different topics, including the process behind retrieving fossils, and why fossils are so important to understanding how we came to be where we are today. We also talk (as i wouldn't really call it a debate) about veganism and the reasons why it's the diet that makes the most sense in the present, but he has a lot to say about our early ancestors and how our brain possibly formed with the addition of meat consumption. Not gonna spoil anymore, please enjoy this talk I had with my man, Ian Sucharski. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/the-hastings-harvest/support
