Today I am joined by Sammy Frith (@jacked.on.plants and @mrs.jackedonplants) who is an online vegan coach, entrepreneur, and graphic designer. After selling a skiing business, Sammy decided to move to Thailand with his wife, adopt a plant based diet, and start trying to build muscle. 20 pounds and 45,000 followers later, Sammy now runs a vegan coaching business with his wife in an effort to help all vegans build muscle. In this podcast, we talk about his rough journey to move to Thailand, how he makes his IG infographics, and how he converts leads into customers and runs ads.
