Natalie Eltec was inspired to create a proactive, collaborative, and personable experience for fellow entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and motivated individuals. She aimed for a professional, educated, and experienced space for clients and staff while maintaining a relaxed, balanced, and non-traditional environment.
Holding both CPA and real estate licenses, Natalie specializes in business sales, purchases, and commercial real property, providing in-house services for all commercial real estate needs. Her passion for real estate stemmed from her own challenging experience purchasing a business, motivating her to ensure a smooth process for others.
Natalie is motivated both in and out of the office, running her firm and helping clients achieve their goals. She enjoys working out, reading business and real estate books, and continuously improving her business knowledge. A native Southern Californian, she loves warm sandy beaches, cappuccinos, traveling, and her dog, Hefner.
