In this episode, I talk about something almost all of us grapple with on a regular basis - feeling tired.

The reality is, most of us are in a season of life where we're showing up for each day feeling mentally drained. So with 'feeling tired' occupying a seemingly constant place in our day-to-day lives, how will we ever manage to get the shit we want to do, done?

In this episode:

- Why you might not actually need physical rest when you're tired

- Knowing when to rest and when to boost your energy and do the thing

- Five simple but powerful strategies I use to help my clients (and me) get the things they want to do done even when they're feeling tired - and you can try every single one of them, this week.
