The Draw to Psychedelic Therapy - "For me, medications weren't the solution. I wasn’t healing; I was stuck. I was merely existing, not living. Then, my life took a drastic turn when I discovered psychedelics. This is where medication and true healing began to diverge for me. I credit the psychedelics—what I refer to as 'medicines'—for providing me with a fresh perspective. For clarity, 'medicines' is what I call psychedelics, whereas 'medications' is what I call the pills."

"I was living with complex PTSD, fighting through decades of therapy and various medications like Lexapro and Xanax. But then, a wonderful therapist recommended 'The Body Keeps the Score,' guiding me towards a transformative journey with psychedelic therapy.
