Today I’ll be chatting with Dana Chapman. Dana is a qualified nutritional therapist and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and her approach to depression, anxiety, burnout, brain fog, and a lack of gusto make her truly unique.

Dana believes that it’s only when you truly understand how the brain and the body, work that you can take control of your mental health. She aims to empower people by providing them with an understanding of how your brain and body work and get answers to why you’re feeling low, anxious and withdrawn, and why you have no energy.

At that point, she can help overcome these feelings using food, movement, sleep, stress management, supplementation and more. Dana’s education and experience have proven that there’s so much you can do to feel your very best and achieve a clearer mind, long-lasting energy, and freedom from the cloud of depression or choke of anxiety that is common in today's society.
