Hello friends, welcome to the show. I’m Tom Broback and my guest today is Nick Lovas. Nick has been the head track and field coach for over a dozen years at Hopkins High School in Minnesota. He coined the moniker TrackTownMN for Hopkins because he believes so much in his mission to help athletes of all ages to develop a love for track and field. Even after winning multiple state championships and even coaching an Olympic sprinter, Nick is still on this mission to serve others. I am absolutely pumped to share this episode with you, and hope you gain some valuable knowledge from our conversation.
