Joining me for a waffle this week is the brilliant Conor Martin

Conor is the newly announced Director of Recovery for Against The Odds, and joins me for a waffle about the journey so far

Throughout the episode, we have a waffle about Conor's journey with addiction, his mental health battles and how he is now turning his pain into purpose by helping others overcome their struggles

This podcast also saw an incredibly powerful moment in which Conor shared the internal struggles he faced in accepting his sexuality. Anyone who has been through this will know just how tormenting this can be and the external factors it comes with, so I can't thank Conor enough for sharing this with me and feel honoured he felt like he could!

Not only is Conor the Director of Recovery, he is also the co-host of a brand new podcast called Against The Podds, which he hosts, alongside founder Aaron Abbott and aims to raise awareness around the dangers of gambling and the ripple effect it can have on your mental and physical health
