The fact is, turnover is expensive in terms of money, time and energy. With all the talk about recession and labor shortages, Tracy suggests that you might need a new hiring strategy if you’re struggling with turnover and hiring.

It’s not about hiring recruiters, attending job fairs or asking all of your friends and family to contact everyone they know to help you find the right candidate.
