When most people think about doing something to “fix” their poor mental health, the solutions usually consist of scientific approaches such as therapy, CBT, or anti-depressants, and alongside that, you’ll probably be told to journal, meditate, or do some yoga, but the reality is there are heaps of other solutions that you can try to promote more positive mental wellbeing.
