Today I'm talking to Dean Jones, Founder, Owner, and CEO of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty.
Dean’s former development firm, T. Jones, Inc., was nationally recognized as the "Development Firm of the Year" by the Pillars of Industry in 2001. In 2003, the National Association of Home Builders named Dean "Marketing Director of the Year."
Upon founding Realogics Inc., Dean served as an advisor to third-party developments, with his firm being the catalyst for more than $2 billion in project sales, earning his portfolio of clients over 130 sales and marketing awards.
In 2010, Dean founded and continues to lead Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, overseeing more than 325 real estate brokers and staff across six offices. These offices consistently rank among the top-producing brokerage offices in their markets.
In the seven consecutive years following the founding of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, the firm was awarded among the "Fastest Growing Private Companies" in Washington state by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Though boutique, the full-service brokerage ranks in the top 10 largest in the Puget Sound region.
In today’s conversation, Dean and I discuss the ups and downs of the real estate markets, and the key to thinking outside the box and staying ahead of the curve to achieve success both now and for the long term.
