In today's episode we are diving into some things you must have in your diet in order to successfully lose the excess weight and more importantly, to actually keep it off long term. If you’re like most women, weight loss and keeping the weight off seemed a whole lot easier before having babies. Maybe you even bounced back after your first like I did. But after that, it felt like night and day. The frustration of putting in tons of effort and getting little to nothing back can make us think that or bodies are broken. That the extra stuff is here to stay. Or maybe you feel out of control with your cravings for sweets and find yourself indulging in mass amounts of sugar and other processed foods. You might find yourself wondering where your self-control is. Or maybe you spend an hour on the treadmill for 5 days a week and nothing seems to change.
