In this episode, I want to talk about stress and craving sugar while trying to conceive.

If you are walking through infertility or miscarriage, your stress could be causing you to crave and eat sugar. Too much sugar or processed sugar throws you off balance in more ways than one. Sugar is not bad but too much of the wrong sugar could be affecting how you stay in peace while TTC, stay connected to God and trust him on your journey. I want to share 3 healthier alternatives with you to help you be more balanced.
