The pressure to 'bounce back' is one most mums will will be the familiar with. But the idea of 'bouncing back' ignores one crucial thing... that pregnancy and child-birth fundamentally changes everything about your body, from hip placement, boob-size... even your DNA! Accepting this is an important part to feeling comfortable in your new, better body. That's what Nutritionist and Dietician Lyndi Cohen thinks. She shares her personal identity transformation since becoming a mother, and how she moved past harmful ideas of what society thinkgs mothers should look like.
