In the previous lecture, Valluvar’s ideas regarding planning was discussed. In this lecture, we

will discuss Valluvar’s ideas regarding the other tasks of management viz., organizing, staffing,

directing, and controlling. Valluvar's views on management transcend the boundaries of time

and nation and still helps all of us . This confirms Bharathiar's claim that "The fact that Valluvar

was from Tamil Nadu has helped Tamil Nadu to gain great glory."
