What can I do now to prevent weight regain in the future?
First of all, congratulations! If you’re asking yourself about prevention, it shows how much you care about your future self and long-term results. Over the last two episodes of the Weight Loss for Busy Physicians podcast, we’ve talked about what to do when you regain weight and how to move forward. Now we’re moving on to prevention.
