EP103: Coach Emmaline - Discovering a healthy balance in life

Today I welcome online coach, author of Ripper Recipes and one of the fastest growing advocates of living a healthy, balanced life without feeling deprived, Emmaline Howard.

I first discovered Emmaline in one of her highly entertaining, slightly potty mouthed and extremely informative reels sharing a low calorie, high protein recipe for some tasty looking pasta. From there I have been following her insights, advice and ideas related to living a healthy life.

Emmaline has been through the journey herself experiencing emotional eating, binging and a feeling of not having control over her relationship with food. Her decision to make changes and transform her life has sparked an amazing new direction for her, not only becoming much healthier and enjoying life more, but helping so many others to do the same through coaching.

Listen as we talk about the importance of finding a way of eating and exercising that fits your schedule, realising that there is no "one size fits all" approach and how in fact trying to follow in this way only leads to a negative outcome.

Emmaline shares her advice for anyone wanting to make changes from both a physical and mental standpoint, highlighting the importance of not depriving yourself and needing to be realistic about finding a balanced lifestyle.
