The story that tells for the future is not that bright unless we do a much better job helping these business owners.
• I could feel the people’s pain that we worked with & their frustration with miscommunication, it should be easier. After a long time looking, we saw that if it was to be done, it would have to be done by me. We built an organisation where we put all the service providers under one roof that the clients (and my widow) would need.
