I decided on today’s topic after working on the series we just wrapped up on creating a change mindset. (Episodes 11 - 13)
In the last episode of that series, I talk a little about choice and how we often say that we “can’t” do something when what we really mean is that we “don’t want to.”
That got me thinking about how we make decisions, so I decided to follow the series with an episode on decision-making.
