Today on Carla’s Convos we talk about how we start and end each day and why it’s so important. Being intentional with creating these daily habits will get easier and easier as you keep doing them. Consistency! Just don’t give up! If you miss anything, don’t beat yourself up. Just move on and start fresh! Before you know it, you’ll have created healthy habits and a sustainable, amazing, new lifestyle!

Use my ideas but make your daily routine your own so that it works for you. The important thing is to take action and don’t give up. I’m cheering you on every step of the way!
