Welcome back one and all to the very first episode of my new show Release Ramble. This show will not be replacing Albums That Saved My Life, but will instead allow artists and bands to relentlessly ramble about their latest releases, without the need for a hand-fisted unrelated album.
On this first episode, I am joined by the Great Yarmouth ska punk band Stank Finger whose debut album 'Three Finger Discount' dropped on Friday 19th January. With discussions about everything from the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater video game to toilet paper and confetti cannons, vocalist and guitarist James Pendle and I delve into the wonderful and goofy world of modern ska. We look into the trials and tribulations of being a band within the current music industry and have a little jab and giggle at their home town along the way. Thank you to James for coming onto the show and I wish him and the rest of Stank Finger all the best with their debut release.
Be sure to check out their debut album now by going to this link here:https://open.spotify.com/artist/14Dm3Kc6DmJCAf7l5AcBZw?si=5X_h3nlyRbOj2CGqOn-IYg
