Disappointment doesn't begin to cover it, eyes filling with tears, sadness, a complete feeling of utter failure, humility - and worse - a sense of guilt. Have you ever been there? That was me, standing on the Mrs. Washington stage just two years ago, in 2016 - the second time not meeting my goal. In today's episode, I finally open up about how I felt after losing Mrs. Washington two years in a row, and having to be on stage while trying to keep her head together. Every day moments teach just valuable lessons that last a lifetime, and losing in front of thousands and her closest friends/family, taught me some very hard ones. Listen in to hear the full story, as well as how I hope to encourage you to "just keep smiling" through the thick and thin, good times and the bad. Just remember, you are farther than you have been before. You are stronger than you believe.
