Have you ever dated a narcissist? It seems the whole internet has. I thought it would be interesting to talk to a man who identifies as a natural avoidant with narcissistic tendencies. This man not only saw this within himself, he went on a mission to heal himself and others.
In this episode I talked to a reformed 'enemy' but what I learnt was that we all have the 'enemy' within us but just in different ways. We all have parts of us that we need to heal, just in some of us it is more obvious than in others. Not only did I find this conversation fascinating, it made me reflect a lot on who I am and the areas of myself that are unhealed.
