This Pakistani-born chef has explored many avenues within the food industry. She has been a food stylist, a culinary instructor, the co-creator of her family-owned business KarachiKitchenFoods.com, and the author of the award-winning cookbook The Karachi Kitchen.
Through her business, she creates and sells high-quality, small-batch foods inspired by family recipes. Kausar is passionate about sharing the delectable foods and flavors that are unique to Pakistani cuisine.
