In this episode of Coach and the Doctor, we speak to Jackie Mead from SANE, which is the leading national mental health organisation for people with complex mental health issues in Australia and for the families and friends that support them.
Following Jackie, we have writer Zoe Simmons on, who amongst other things, tells us of her recent experience traveling with a wheelchair on QANTAS, and spoiler alert, it doesn't go well.
We reached out to QANTAS for comment on the incident, and as of release date, have unfortunately not heard back.
