How is COVID treating your body? Are you experience more pain in your lower back and neck areas? Are you finding that you are just not moving as much? Is your body moving as much as you were before COVID?
COVID precautions have left many of us sitting at our desks for hours at a time working. This is creating problems with our lower backs, our necks, and overall muscle and cardiovascular functioning.
