This interview is with Tamilee Webb, star of Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel videos (over 14 million copies were sold) and the best selling author of four books. In 2008, Tamilee was admitted to the Fitness Hall of fame.
Tamilee believes that fitness happens from the inside out. You want to find what makes you feel motivated as well as the right personal trainer to guide you. People still love the Buns of Steel and Abs of Steel videos and often ask for them. Tamilee even created a service where you can pick and choose segments from videos in order to create a workout that works best for you. She tells her clients that exercises never get old if you know what works best for you.
Tamilee’s advice for living enthusiastically is to find whatever fuels your soul and makes you laugh. She thinks that if something isn’t right you should not do it. If you hate exercise it is because you have not found the right exercise. Tamilee believes, “If you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.”
