Why do we seem so connected to family and friends more than ever during this period? Why are New Yorkers so friendly during this time? Why is that teams go for a holiday dinner yet rarely celebrate during the year? Why do we seem so committed to creating surprise and awe for the people around us primarily during December? Coach Nick & the Dudes of Disruption will discuss the importance of disrupting the norm of being 'in the spirit' only around the December holidays. The Dudes will explore how to bring the holiday spirit in July so you are joyous, giving and kind always – They will discuss the importance that creating awe and surprise throughout the year on your culture at home and at work because of the benefits the experience creates for both the giver and the receiver. The show makes the point that when we choose to bring the spirit of December throughout the year there’s an opportunity to create a different experience for the people around us – at work and at home.
