Coach Nick invites guests into the studio from his Dudes of Disruption Men’s Group who will share their experiences of being a dad and explore new rules of disruption on ways fathers can bring a different version of themselves to impact their families and communities. As adults, much of who we are, was informed by our relationship with the man who influenced us, our father. Whether he was present and engaged, disconnected, or not in our life at all, the relationship with our fathers has a great impact on who become.
