Everybody poops...or maybe sometimes you don't. If you're going less than once per day, we need to figure out why because not only is it a pain in the butt, but it can contribute to other illnesses too. Laxatives aren't the answer - there's always a root cause. Often it's a combination of gut bacteria imbalances, stress, food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, structural issues, ageing and medications.
