You will hear them discuss the ways that community can come alongside and help us reorient during particularly foggy times in life, and they share some personal examples from their own lives about how that has played out.
Challenge in community is something many of us avoid, but it can actually be a powerful tool for our growth and self-awareness. Even though is doesn't always feel good, we need people who can tell us when we are "off," people who will then "stay in it" with us as we find our way back to ourselves.
