Tiffany Winter may have made her television debut on VH1’s “Black Ink Crew” but she is certainly no stranger to the business of media. She has an identity that goes far beyond that of being “Ceaser’s sister” and has been cultivating her own brand over the course of the past six years. Prior to her arrival at the shop she honed her business skills working for financial institutions such as JP Morgan Chase (formerly Washington Mutual, Inc.), KeyBank and HSBC. Over the course of the past six years Tiffany has managed to work as a model for MMG on such hair product brands as Paul Mitchell, Sexy Hair, Revlon and L’Oreal. . In addition to this work she has participated in music videos for the likes of Jim Jones, Mysone, Ox P, Paypa and Sky Profit prior to her arrival on the reality television circuit. However, she has begun to make more waves in the media world writing, producing and directing not only music videos but short films as well. Tiffany founded her media production arm Wrap Report, LLC. in 2013 and hit the ground running immediately. Since the inception of the company Winter has either written, produced or directed videos for XRS, Elliot Luv, Teedra Moses, Uncle Murda, Jadakiss, Thaddeus Dixon, Jack Thriller and the Grammy Award Winning M-PE$O (better known as Mahogany Beatz just to name a select few. Yet the surface has not been fully scratched as to what else she can do. In addition to her professional endeavors Tiffany tours around the country as a motivational speaker to those who live with disabilities and diseases ranging from Multiple sclerosis (which she was diagnosed with in 2008) to HIV/AIDS.
