Let’s talk about finding intimacy in the middle of quarantine- to some of us, that is a major challenge right now! Under one roof for many more hours a day than most of us are used to, lines and boundaries are blurred in our romantic partnerships. Finding ways to connect romantically might not seem possible right now…or maybe its something you’re really craving but don’t know how to approach. Whatever the moment is for you, we know many intimate relationships are trying to find their “new normal” during a very abnormal time.

That’s why we brought on Rachel Ballard, a marriage and relationship strategist and the host of the “How to Like Your Husband” Podcast to chat with us about all things intimacy and partnership!

Through Rachel's authentic content, supportive Facebook community and a hilariously funny podcast - Rachel shows you how to put in the hard work for a successful partnership.

Rachel will shine a light on how you can generate loving energy when you’re not sure there is any, and (re)discover the foundation of your relationship, as you choose to move closer to designing a life (and solid friendship) with your partner built on love, lust, and loyalty!

We know that everything has changed, but within change is greater opportunity for fresh starts and new perspectives- so why not within your romantic relationship and long term partnership? In this new normal, you can still find love and intimacy (even when you’re wearing sweats and together 24/7!)

In this episode Randi & Rachel dive into major topics such as:

-How stress affects your relationship with your partner and kids? How to better noticing behavior patterns in your home.

-Why a gratitude practice is so important and looking for the good in your partner as much as possible.

-The power of sticking with your own routine and why communication is essential for carving out healthy boundaries.

-Leaning into the positives of your relationship and leaving behind any baggage (for now).

-Handling conflict gracefully and with compassion. Recognizing what something is really about and why a minute of grace makes all the difference.

-Why taking space is vital to see the other person more clearly. Being okay with the silence as well as the communication.

-What does intimacy look like for you and your partner? The small and big ways you can find intimacy daily and why we must make time for it!

Tune in now for tips on a more powerful, communicative and fulfilling relationship!
