Welcome back to our birth control series!
Today I'm talking about WHY you need to replenish your minerals and crucial vitamins post birth control and how replenishing minerals and supporting the liver can actually help overall with hormone balance whether you're trying to conceive or just wanting to have happier hormones all around.
In this episode I'm sharing some of my favorite ways to support the liver through food, and how supporting the liver increases your ability to have balanced blood sugar, more energy, and less stress on the body. We're also talking about how you can replenish minerals in a way that's safe & effective without upsetting the mineral balance in your body and causing more problems down the road.
Remember - you can't supplement your way out of a lifestyle that isn't working for your body, whether that's crazy high stress levels, not nourishing well, or a combination of both.
