Failure - such a painful word for high achievers, am I right?! We are SO hard on ourselves for failure, aren’t we high achievers? And if we battle anxiety, failure can be even worse. You fail, or perceive you fail, and then starts the cycle of beating yourself up, feeling shame, and running from the thoughts of your failures. But, have you ever sat with the sensations or feelings in your body that come up around emotions related to failure? In this episode, I’ll teach you how to do this. And why is that important - because, sweet high achiever, it might just help you lessen your anxiety and feel better!
