Within your magnificent body, there’s a network of lymph glands (nodes) and lymphatic vessels that makes up the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the cleaner for the body, it works much like your circulatory system. Infection-fighting white blood cells produced by the spleen, bone marrow, and thymus circulate through this system.

  • Engage in lymphatic massage.
  • Drink your water.
  • Submerge yourself in water too.
  • Try apple cider vinegar.
  • Add cardio workouts to your routine.
  • Engage in deep breathing.

  • Eat healthy, fibrous foods.
