On this week's In Focus session I discuss how we often suffer needlessly.
This episode is the second that comes from the insights that I've had in this past month of coaching retreats. This time, I'm talking about how we create our own suffering, and how this suffering doesn't have to be. Because It's our thinking that separates our feelings in good and bad ones. That creates the conflict we live in: we experience something but we want a different experience based on our judgment of that feeling. Are you aware of the suffering that you're creating for yourself? And, are you gonna do something about it?

On this episode I discuss:
  • Mental suffering is us suffering needlessly
  • How I thought I wasn't good enough
  • How we create our suffering
  • Bad versus good feelings
  • How to be aware of the suffering that we're creating

If you enjoyed this session and think there is someone you feel would benefit from hearing it then please make sure you share it with them :)
