This week's episode is a bit different from the usual. This episode comes from an interview that I did for someone else’s podcast that didn’t go out... but there was so much value here that I needed to put this out myself. I talk about my story, my journey from depression to being a coach, and what interviewing 200 plus guests in my podcast in the last 5 years has taught me about how we all have rock bottom moments that can spark a change in our life, if we’re open to it.
On this episode I discuss:
1. My breakdown at 25 years old
2. From the BBC to being a Life Coach
3. The Rock Bottom moment
4. What’s being happy?
5. The struggle of being open
6. Lack of motivation
7. Be where you are
8. Poem “The Dash” by Linda Ellis
9. Nature doesn’t mind
10. The concept of Zero Plus
11. My game changing moment
12. My work as a coach
If you enjoyed this session and think there is someone you feel would benefit from hearing it then please make sure you share it with them :)
