On this week’s episode I am joined by Julie McCammon who is a trained physiotherapist and specialises in myofascial release (MFR). This is a treatment which focuses directly on the fascia in the body (the connective tissue that runs throughout the body) and helps deal with chronic pain.
What fascinates me most about MFR is that it has been proven to help release stored emotions which the body has held onto through previous emotional and physical traumas.
