José Luis León-Manríquez, professor of international and East Asian studies at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City, discusses the importance of Mexico’s economic partnerships with China, South Korea, and Japan.

Dr. León-Manríquez was in Houston for the event "Trade Between Asia and Latin America: What's Next?," organized by the Baker Institute's Mexico Center and Latin America Initiative, and Asia Society-Texas on Oct. 2, 2018.
