In this Episode we talk about how Shawn Weiss, Owner and Coach at the RedShed Crossfit gym in Flanders, NJ who transformed her life and career to follow her passion. She used her years of experience as a part time fitness coach and dance teacher to eventually quit a comfortable corporate job to OWN and run her unique phenomena of a gym. She also brings her extensive training and knowledge from yoga to create an amazing experience at her gym. Plus she started it all when it was the most difficult time to start a business, right around when the pandemic hit.
