Today I want to introduce you to the author of a brilliant book: “The Fourth Trimester: A Postpartum Guide to Healing Your Body, Balancing Your Emotions and Restoring Your Vitality”

Her name is Kimberly Johnson and she’s a birth doula, a certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner specialising in birth injuries, birth trauma, and sexual health.

She’s also a sexy mama to an 11yr old daughter who has navigated a lot of relational dynamics as a solo mom committed to not losing her own erotic identity.

This conversation is honest, revealing, insightful and encouraging. We discuss:

  • How Kimberly’s sexuality has evolved over the past decade since becoming a mother
  • What Kimberly is currently exploring in the realm of love, sex, and desire
  • The dangers of emotional enmeshment (I LOVED this!)
  • The importance of knowing your code, especially when it comes to dating
  • The longing to be touched by a man, and the creative ways single women can get that need fulfilled
  • Why investing in the 4th trimester is essential to your wellbeing and your partnership
  • What your low libido is really about, plus so much more.

Enjoy!
