Maybe you're wondering if it's actually helping you lose weight or if it might be doing more harm than good.

You’re not alone! This is a question a lot of ladies have when they dive into the world of intermittent fasting.

In this episode, I'm sharing a portion of a recording from a live group coaching call with my VIP clients, coaching one of them through this very issue.

We’ll talk about weight loss, energy levels, and how intermittent fasting affects your metabolism, especially during perimenopause.

This is a common question I get, and I have many thoughts on fasting. I’ll cover more in a future episode because it’s something we have to be careful with, especially during the perimenopausal period of our lives. So, I thought I'd give you a little VIP access ticket to come in and listen to how it goes down inside my program.
